We understand that when that initial phone call or online inquiry is made, some may experience apprehension and/or uncertainty about the process and what happens next.
THE PHONE CALL
Whether the initial contact is a call from you or we call to respond to your online inquiry, our very capable office staff will assist you by listening to your brief explanation of the help you are seeking. They may ask you a couple of questions that will help them match you with the therapist that best fits your needs. If you have a specific therapist with which you would prefer to work, please be sure to let us know.
If you will be using insurance, you will be asked to provide some information on your insurance card so that we are able to verify your benefits prior to your arrival. You will be asked to bring your ID and insurance card with you when you arrive.
At any time during the call, if you have any questions, please ask and our staff will be happy to answer them for you.
YOUR APPOINTMENT
Upon entering our waiting room, you will go to the window to check in. One of our staff members will welcome you and go over your benefits as well as gather some additional information.
THE SESSION
Once you are checked in, your therapist will greet you in the waiting room and begin the journey of addressing the purpose of your visit.
BEFORE YOU LEAVE
After your session, your therapist will take you to the checkout window to set up future appointments before you leave.
