Myrna’s theoretical approach is Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), which utilizes solution-focused, play therapy, and sand tray techniques to help the client build insight and learn new coping skills to manage life’s challenges.
Myrna believes that the unique bond that is created between a therapist and client will inspire healing and help navigate the uncertainty of current world challenges through acceptance, empowerment, and kindness. She makes a warm, supportive and non-judgmental environment for her clients in order to build trust, gain self-acceptance, and become a better version of themselves.
