Licensed Psychologist

Dr. Inmon-Long is a Licensed Psychologist who provides non-medication interventions for a variety of emotional and mental health concerns, alone or as complementary therapy to pharmacological treatment. She utilizes supportive CBT (talk therapy) to help move beyond anxiety, stress, depression, and disappointment. She has additional training in biofeedback therapy, which optionally incorporates user-friendly technology to promote stress response control or as an adjunctive treatment for addiction recovery.

Dr. Inmon-Long works with adults from all walks of life. She received her doctorate from a nationally accredited program in Counseling Psychology from Texas Woman’s University. She has worked for a Federally Qualified Health Center, where she implemented integrated behavioral health services within an existing community health clinic, where she provided emotional and behavioral counseling for individuals with diabetes, depression, tobacco use, weight concerns, and addiction. While working in public schools, she gained experience with psychoeducational evaluations, parent advocacy, and behavior management. As an outpatient therapist, she has conducted individual, intensive outpatient group, and family counseling. She believes that asking for help is not a sign of weakness.
