We offer online therapy using a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform so you can meet with your therapist from anywhere you feel comfortable without needing to commute.

Does LifeWorks Counseling Center offer in-person sessions?

Yes, we offer face-to-face sessions. In-person therapy allows your therapist to observe nonverbal communication, creates a calm and focused setting, and reinforces your commitment to prioritizing your mental health.

What are the fees for counseling at LifeWorks Counseling Center?

Initial session fees range from 165 to 200 dollars, and ongoing session fees range from 150 to 175 dollars when paying out of pocket. We also accept many insurance plans that can significantly reduce your financial responsibility.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, we accept many insurance plans including Aetna, Anthem, Baylor Scott and White, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Centivo, Cigna Evernorth, Humana, Magellan, Medicare, MultiPlan, Tricare East, United Healthcare, and more. If your plan is not listed, contact us to confirm coverage.

What can I expect during my first appointment at LifeWorks Counseling Center?

How long should I plan to be in therapy?

The length of therapy depends on your goals and needs. Short-term therapy may last a few months, while long-term therapy can extend to a year or more. Your therapist will regularly review your progress and adjust the plan as needed.
